HR Staff (HRIS Expert & Generalist)

Job Description

  • In charge as admin for Human Resources Information System (HRIS) related to Employee Database, Leave, Attendance, etc. as well as processing day-to-day employment-related database update
  • Assisting HR Manager in managing payroll from Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring appropriate tracking and procedures are in place for payroll processing with HR Manager
  • Coordinating with HR Manager in solving HRIS problem, such as daily system error
  • Ensuring effective deliverance of HRIS to end users and actively involving in training/coaching process 
  • Assisting HR Manager in HR process, HR cycles, and general operations related to Human Resource Department



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and/or payroll administration combined with a solid background in database management
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in IT, IT Engineering, HR Management, and Business Administration with strong background and skills in HR
  • Experience working with HRIS/Payroll module or system
  • Having great skill in MS Excel (Pivot Table, V Lookup) 
  • Required languages: English (Korean will be an advantage)
  • Good communication skill, teamwork, problem solving, and leadership
